Research in Motion offers app programmers free PlayBooks

Do you want a free tablet computer? That's apparently what Research in Motion is offering Android programmer to make apps for its BlackBerry PlayBook. The New York Times reported that the Canadian technology company (NASDAQ: RIMM), whose U.S. headquarters is in Irving, is offering free PlayBooks to developers who make PlayBook apps and submit them to the company's apps store, BlackBerry App World
